M de Leos lavender honey comes from the hives of Domaine Leos. The bees, whose role is essential for biodiversity and the good balance of the property's ecosystem, feed on lavender but also throughout the year on the flowers of almond trees, roses, broom, poppies and of an organic melliferous and polliniferous mixture that we sow for them. Domaine Leos, which has a terroir with a protected natural biotope, is HEV 3A certified (High Environmental Value) and does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The current plantations (vines, olive trees, etc.) of the property have been planted on virgin land of all crops for more than 60 years.
