Jam C Strawberry from Carpentras and wild thyme 328g - Domaine de Leos

Jam made from a selection of Carpentras strawberries (IGP), recognized for their great taste qualities, and wild thyme harvested in bloom and by hand on the Domaine de Leos plateau. Certified "High Environmental Value 3A", the farm uses neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides.
This artisanal jam, cooked in a cauldron, is distinguished by its high content of Carpentras strawberries: 75% (rich in antioxidants, fiber and vitamins C and B9) and by the unique and singular taste of its successful marriage with wild thyme of the Domain of Leos.
