Jam made from a selection of apricots from Provence of great taste and wild thyme harvested in bloom and by hand on the plateau of the Domaine de Leos. Certified "High Environmental Value 3A", the farm uses neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides.
This artisanal jam, cooked in a cauldron, is distinguished by its high apricot content: 70% (rich in antioxidants, carotenoids, fiber and vitamins A and C) and by the unique and singular taste of its successful marriage with thyme wild from the Domaine de Leos.
