The signature of Guillaume Ferroni.

Inspired by the Marseille style of the 19th century.

Blend of 3 rums from Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (molasses), Mauritius (agricultural type).

The rums are selected by Guillaume FERRONI in the original distilleries. They are then imported and assembled at Château des Creissauds. They thus age for 12 months in Cognac barrels then an additional 6 months in VDN Rasteau barrels, hence the slightly pinkish color specific to Ferroni Ambre.
