Artichoke pulp 110G - Maison Brémond

A very simple recipe made up of more than 65% artichoke enhanced by 6 natural and perfectly dosed ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, shallot, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper to give this product a delicate and subtle taste.


The first bite is marked by the flavors of artichoke and basil which then fade to give way to notes of very sweet hazelnuts which linger on the palate, a delicate blend that allows it to accompany the most varied foods providing a refined and velvety touch.

Ingredients: Artichoke 66.8%, extra virgin olive oil, shallot, lemon juice, basil 1.5%, salt, pepper. Gluten free.
