Paste of green olives with tomato 90G - Maison Brémond

This recipe was produced at the foot of Mont Ventoux, between Nyons and Carpentras
This green tapenade made without additives or preservatives with extra virgin olive oil has a soft and very finely chopped texture.

On the palate, we find the tangy notes of semi-dried tomatoes, spices and then spicy notes which enhance the complexity of this olive paste.
To be served on toast, ciappe, bruschetta, with raw vegetables, or with white meats.
A summer must-have for gourmet aperitifs!

Ingredients: Pulp of green olives* from France 80% (olives, water, salt), Tomato concentrate 15%, Extra virgin olive oil 2%, Herbs and Spices (including chilli) 2%. * Possible presence of nuclei.
