La Tanche is typical of the Nyons region.
It is harvested when ripe for oil (ripe fruit) and to be tasted as an aperitif.
It is found here in the form of pulp where it mixes with guaranteed Provencal herbs and olive oil.

We love it on toast, croutons, ciappe, bruschetta, with asparagus or in vinaigrettes.
