Red Fondrèche 75cl - Domaine de Fonchèche - AOC Ventoux

Tasting:
A deep colour, an intense nose of red fruit, black cherry, blueberry,
raspberry, violet and woody spices. A generous, harmonious palate,
round and silky. A wine to "crunch".

Vinification & ageing:
Traditional, vatting for 21 to 28 days with only a few small
pigeages in order to favor a slow and progressive extraction. Breeding in
ovoid tank, barrels and tuns.
Bottled fruit day.

Grapes:
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre for an average age of the vines
forty years old.
