
White Balsamic with White Truffle 100ml - Maison Brémond
When two jewels of Italian gastronomy meet, it's a happy marriage! This marriage comes from the know-how of a family business expert in the elaboration of balsamic vinegar located at the foot of the Modenian Apennines in Italy. She had the idea of combining the incomparable white balsamic of Modena with the prestigious white truffle of Alba.
White balsamic is made from the must of the acetified Trebbiano bianco grape which is an Italian white grape variety produced in Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region, then it is filtered to make it limpid and transparent. It is therefore not an aged balsamic, aging in barrels would cause it to lose its color. It is subtle and refined. Then sublimated with extract of white truffle from Alba, called "Tuber Magnatum Pico", which is mainly found in the Piedmont region. It is a subtle alliance between the sweetness & fruitiness of white balsamic and the inimitable unique taste of white truffle.
